Ronnie James Dio



Widely hailed as one of the most powerful singers in heavy metal, renowned for his consistently powerful voice and for popularizing the "devil horns" hand gesture in metal culture.
Dio joined Elf, Rainbow, Black Sabbath and Dio. In October 2006, it was confirmed that Dio would be joining Black Sabbath members Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and former Black Sabbath drummer Vinny Appice to tour under the moniker Heaven & Hell.
On May 16, 2010 The grand wizard of classic rock died of stomach cancer.May the man preach, pontificate and power-chord for many years to come.
